This purchase is for 3 X 45 minute one-on-one sessions with your team coach, assigned randomly at ticket sale. (It does not include your VSC ticket, you’ll need one of those from here too)
Once you’ve been assigned your team and you’ve purchase your coaching pack, your coach will be in touch to help you organise and book your sessions (through Zen Planner).
You can use your sessions however you plase:
- Double down on your planning and organisation time with a goals meeting
- Get into the nitty gritty with a movement you’ve been challenged by
- Complete your benchmarking (pre-program testing) under the guidance of your coach
- Book a check-in session mid program and tweak any progressions
Availability of sessions will be up to you and your coach, and may be booked outside of typical class hours.
