After some experimentation, the nerds behind the scenes at Valk HQ have noticed something… groundbreaking.

Something extraordinary.
Something revolutionary.

Something the fitness industry is going to hate!

I’ll spit it out.

Our team worked out that group class clients (that’s you folks) tend to know what’s best for themselves. When given options about what their sessions / weeks look like, they’ll auto-regulate and make decisions that serve them best long term. It’s true!

For this auto-regulation to work long-term, the program options have to be really considered so each client can choose what they feel they need on their day… but secretly every option available will move them towards their goals.

A cognitively easy session for those whose work drains them. A ‘busy’ session for those who need the noise. A heavy session for when you’re ready to feel something. Mix it all up (cause you probably won’t go for the same thing again and again) and you’ve got an ideal week!

Better yet, giving people agency in their decisions makes them less likely to pull out on a crappy day, builds trust with coaches and camaraderie in the groups.

We love all of those outcomes!
