01 — Program Structure

Our intelligent programming is foundation of our gym and the reason why so many of our members have achieved success.

We schedule our programming each year to be carried out over a 12 month period, consisting of 6-8 different training ‘blocks’. Each one of these ‘blocks’ focuses on a handful of skills, drills and exercises. This allows us “cut the fat” and focus on the most effective exercises for our members goals.

To ensure success of new members and a smooth on-boarding process, we only take on new members via our beginner workshops. Our in-house workshops are where you’ll learn all the exercises and skills necessary to find your feet over the coming weeks.

These ‘blocks’ are designed to compliment the rest of the training schedule, as a result we can achieve the best outcomes for our members. Our goal is to make people stronger, help them move better and improve their overall quality of life (not just make them sweaty and tired).

02 — How we train

We train in small groups of 5-10 people. This allows us to maintain a high degree of personal coaching whilst still working together as team for a common goal. We encourage our members to make own decisions about their training, rather than just been told what to do. We provide an interactive training experience and more than just a handful of workouts each week.

03 — Quality over quantity

We believe in “quality over quantity” and the same is evident in our approach to programming and training.

Our unique approach to programming allows for our members to master a handful of exercises and techniques at a time, whilst progressively getting stronger and more mobile. It also allows for flexibility in skill levels, from the novice to the experienced lifter.

04 — Evolving

Our programs are ever evolving and changing to suit our communities needs. We consider ourselves students of strength (just like our members) and seek out further knowledge and education. We are constantly adjusting to support our communities outcomes.
