What’s a STS Session?
Starting out a new gym can often be an intimidating experience, so we developed our STS Session to help newcomers feel more at ease and just…shoot the shit!
Our Shoot The Shit session is an hour long brainstorming session where we get to explore your goals, dreams and experience around fitness as well find practical solutions to the barriers you’ve been having so far.
It helps us understand you (as a real person) and helps you understand how we do things here at Valkyrie!
You’ll also discover some things about yourself too with a brief movement assessment included in the session.
We generally flow through this 3 step process whilst getting to know you to keep things on track.
